Our goal is to empower as many individuals as possible and prepare them for a bright future in the workforce. Our work goes beyond education, helping children transition from adolescence into adulthood smoothly with the support they deserve.
What is Job Training?
Job training involves preparing people for the workforce, but it isn’t as simple as taking a few classes to understand different roles. We provide three major opportunities for individuals that are preparing themselves to enter the job market.
Mentorship Programs
Our intensive mentorship program matches students with role models that will demonstrate important, impactful skills to assist in their transition from childhood to adulthood like leadership, business communication, and more.
Transferable Skills Support
Transferable skills are those that can be used in any job setting, regardless of the industry. This program prepares individuals for the workforce through supportive courses in areas like budgeting, work ethic, character development, communication skills, values, and leadership.
Job Search Assistance
On top of training and education, we provide job search assistance services to those ready to join the workforce.
