Haiti:  Opportunity in Crisis

 

The people of Haiti are so kind, hardworking, industrious and thankful for every opportunity afforded to them. The main desire in Haiti is to be employed and simply have a normal life! 

 

Unfortunately, for many Haitians this is not possible. A massive earthquake in 2010 devasted the entire area, causing widespread political unrest and forcing multiple businesses to evacuate, leaving behind a grim lack of jobs and deep poverty. 

 

However, your partnership is truly making a difference in people’s lives!  I have the privilege of seeing joy on the faces of our employees simply because they are employed, and they in turn are able to serve the underprivileged on the island.  Thank you so much to everyone who is involved with making this happen.
